  2. I started doing intermittent fasting and I wonder is there an ideal time to consume vitamin E for me?

    • Thanks for the comment, Furkan. Fasting is good but when you fast with only water you still need to take your vitamins for your body to function properly. So the way I think is if you are a vitamin taker and a health guru you need to take them.
