Should you make a Change?
We go on when we are young doing what we please when it comes to eating or drinking what we want, good or bad it didn’t seem to bother us.
Now does that seem to bother us today? Yes in some cases it does it could be the reason our health is what it is today or it could not be.
I know in my case for example that I did a lot of things when I was younger that wasn’t healthy. Some things were I smoked a lot of cigarettes and whatever if you know I mean for about seven years didn’t think anything about it, all my friends did.
The only reason and I’m not sure about this was I guess that’s what the going thing was then. It wasn’t the only thing I drank a lot of beer and liquor and whatever came along I just didn’t care.
There had to be a change I couldn’t go on like that when you almost lose your life that’s a big reason to make that change. That’s what will happen if we don’t make a lifestyle change. But I survived BARELY!

Should you eat Healthier?
When it came to eating whatever was the quickest thing and usually fast foods was the answer. I call it junk food now because that is what it is junk.
We only get one chance at life we better make it count.
With that being said, do you think what we do when we are younger effects our health today? Not everybody is the same some people do far worse and some people are far less.
When we are young and some of us even when we are old don’t take vitamins or supplements to give our body what it doesn’t get through our diet.
The truth is we have to make it a habit of doing things to keep us healthy as we get older we have to make a Lifestyle change.
That’s right a Lifestyle change this includes everything that comes along with it.
Exercise yes this is one we can’t slack on. Staying active getting our daily exercise and whatever that might be walking, running, jogging. It could be lifting weights doing push-ups or sit-ups riding a bike playing sports anything and everything will add years to our life.
Diet and eating right is another thing that’s just as important as exercise. Eating more fruits and vegetables, eating healthy garden foods if possible. There is usually a farmers market somewhere nearby if not try to find one you can get your produce from. Having your meals at regular times instead of eating when you are hungry.
Sleep, getting the right amount of this will keep you refreshed and more energetic. It will keep you more alert with a better sense of understanding. It will keep your body functioning the way it should when all this is used together.
I know if you are young and wanting to make the right lifestyle change decisions. Then sometimes you may have to change the friends you run around with especially the ones that try to lead you in the wrong direction.
Not all will have this problem but I’m speaking for the ones who do. Peer pressure can cause you to have a lot of bad habits that can affect your health.
Don’t take unnecessary drugs that may harm your body. Your body is made to heal itself if it gets fed the right stuff.
Since we know how to take care of ourselves and have the right lifestyle our lives should be much healthier. We should feel better with more energy and ready to face the world and everything it throws at us.
