  1. HI,
First time hearing about Krill oil. I’m a fan of anything fishy and sea fruits. And reading the amazing health benefits of Krill oil only increases my love for ocean products.
I found this post very informative. Thank you very much. I will check around here for Krill oil but I seriously doubt I will find something like that. So looking forward to more information on that.

  2. We take Krill oil at our house. My son works out and his trainer has him taking it. I really wasn’t sure why he was asked to take it, or how it would benefit him after his workouts. Maybe for the inflammation from the work out? I see that it also helps acne….so I need to make sure my son is religious about taking it. It would be nice if it would help his acne.

  3. I’ve heard Krill oil is much more stable that normal fish oil supplements and much more potent by the sounds of your post. I’ll be trying as per your recommendation.

  4. Hello Fred,

I´ve heard of Krill oil, but I didn´t know of its great health benefits. As I was looking at your website this post caught my eyes. This oil sounds to be very healthy, containing richly with omega-3 fatty acids. I see the list of benefits is long and as it is a natural supplement I think it is something I want to try out.

It´s very good that you pointed out the side effects too. It can be very dangerous for people who are already taking blood-thinning medicine, as Krill oil also is blood thinning.

    • Thank you, Pernilla for the comment. Krill oil is very good especially for the fatty acid but we don’t want to overdo it. We only need so much of omega-3 to be healthy to much could be unhealthy. This is a natural supplement and needs to be taken in moderation. Because like everything to much may affect you in a negative way.
