Hello Fred,
Thanks for another interesting article! B12 really is an essential vitamin.
I have never heard of the side effects of eating B12. Can we get these side effects you have listed when we eat too much protein (meat, fish egg…) or rather when we eat too much of the B12 supplement?
Pernilla
Thank you for the comment, Pernilla, B-12 is a great vitamin that our body needs but like anything else too much may harm us. Everything should be taken in moderation that means as directed. Find out from your health care provider how much your body needs and go from there.
Thank you for your wise advice, Fred!
Want to do that.
You are very welcome, anything that can be done to help someone is what livegreaterhealth wants to do.
Hi Fred. Thanks for sharing the benefits of B12. From my experience, I felt my brain weak and no fresh. My mom suggested me to have some B12 which supports the central nervous system. I have taken B12 every day until now and I have found a positive result. I agree with your B12 benefits. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the comment, b-12 is an amazing supplement you cannot afford not to take for health. It helps with brain health and that’s right the nervous system also.
Hi Fred!
I know I’m supposed to take B-12 and I do but I never knew all the reasons why! Thanks for the in depth post on this subject. Now let me go take my BH-12 🙂
Thanks for the comment, Steven. Yes, that’s right we should take b12 for our health. Because of the many benefits, why wouldn’t you want to take it? I write these post to inform these public and spread the word.
I used to get B-12 shots just because they really made me feel better. Now I drink a Monster energy drink every day which is supplemented with B-12. Do you know if this is sufficient and “counts” towards my daily intake?
Thanks for the comment, Leahrae. However, you can take it is fine as long as it OK with your health-care provider. Shots would be fast acting and probably the quickest way to get it in our system. Now the energy drink is a different perspective in getting b-12 I haven’t heard of getting it that way. I’m not really sure how that type of B-12 intake would be.
Awesome. Thanks for such a knowledgeable post. I was not knowing Side Effects of B-12.
Your post explains it well and helps me to understand.
Thanks for the comment, vinod, we actually just touched the surface on what B-12 does for the body. I hope that it is enough for people to start using it more. Health is a marvelous thing that everybody longs for. This website is dedicated to that longing for all health seekers.
